25 years ago Mr Chandran a young man in kerala found himself with a need to find work, for his own development and for the support of his family. He left to Saudi Arabia in search of a job . The difficult economic times created a hard job market.
This led him to have to work very hard to find work, every day he aggressively searched for work, contacting companies and scouring local publications for opportunities. All this hard work paid off and he landed a job. However, many, of his friends and family were facing similar problems with the search for a job.
Chandran used his experience and determination to start helping his friends and family to search for work. He proved to be succesfull in this and quickly found himself reciveing more request for his service, both from employees and employers who had learned to trust his candidates.
Chandran realised that he had a passion for helping people improve their life and achieve their career goals. This passion for developing others and the growing network of contacts, requests and increasingly competitive market led to the creation of Link recruitment consultants.
